Cancellation Policy

You will receive a confirmation text from us about your scheduled service. If you wish to cancel/change your service, please do so within 48 hours.

 

If you cancel/change your service with less than a 48

hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

 

No show's, changes to your service, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge.

 

Being 15+ minutes late to your appointment may result in us having to reschedule your appointment. and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.

We completely understand that emergencies happen and will be glad to discuss that with you if needed.


A card is required on file for any/every appointment for this reason. Please respect our stylist and their time. Upon booking you will receive an email to review our policy once again and sign . 

Children, family, & Friends 

We love hearing about your family, friends, and children, but our space is not suitable for children. We ask that you not bring any additional guest with you. Doing so may result in us having to reschedule. If it results in a reschedule, you will be charged 100% for same day reschedule. 

We take pride in our work. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your hair please contact the salon within 7 days. After assessing the situation, if appropriate we will schedule a redo.

We do not offer refunds on any services.

- Please consult thoroughly with your stylist about your budget.  We do not offer refunds on price discrepancy.  Our stylists are committed to your service and can not get time nor product back for services rendered.

- Refunds on other salon products and merchandise are considered on a case by case basis by management.  Tools & Extensions purchased at the salon are under manufacturers warranty and cannot be returned to Mane Label.

Per manufacturers policies, all extensions sales are final.​​​
