If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests. We appreciate your understanding as we work to honor everyone’s time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.Repeated late changes may result in a stylist declining future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any hair coloring, cutting, or extension services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, we offer one complimentary adjustment within 7 business days of your original appointment, with the same service provider.
Tools & Extensions
purchased at the salon are under manufacturers warranty and cannot be returned to Mane Label.Per manufacturers policies, all extensions sales are final.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
