Q: What does it mean to be a faith-based salon? A: For us, faith isn’t just a part of our story. It’s the foundation. It means we lead with love, humility, and purpose in everything we do, from the way we serve our guests to the culture we create. Inspired by 1 Peter 4:10, we believe our talents are God given gifts meant to serve others. Q: Where is Mane Label Salon located? A: You’ll find us right across the street from Scoops and a block down from Amici. We’re just 30 minutes from Athens and about an hour from Atlanta.

Services & Booking

Q: How do I book an appointment? A: Simply visit Request an Appointment page and fill out the short form. If you’re exploring extensions or major color changes, we’ll start with a Digital Consultation to make sure we understand your goals and hair history.

Q: What services do you offer? A: We offer multiple methods of extensions, dimensional brunette, blonding, highlights, lowlights, lived-in color, haircuts, and specialty treatments. Each service includes a professional blowout and styling leaving you renewed and confident

Q: Do you offer bridal or group bookings? A: Yes! Whether it’s a bridal party or a special event, we’d love to serve your group. Contact us directly for custom packages and scheduling.

Q: How far in advance should I book? A: We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead to secure your ideal day and stylist. Our calendar fills quickly, especially for extensions and hair color services.

Extensions & Color

Q: What kind of extensions do you offer? A: We specialize in weft, k-tip, and tape in extensions. We offer multiple different extension methods for seamless, natural results. Every installation is color matched and custom blended to fit your lifestyle and desired look.

Q: How often do I need maintenance for my extensions? A: Typically every 6–10 weeks, depending on your hair growth and extension type. Your stylist will guide you on the perfect schedule during your appointment.

Q: What is “lived-in color”? A: Lived-in color is a low-maintenance technique that gives you soft, dimensional tones designed to grow out perfectly for busy schedules and longevity.

Q: Do you offer blonding, balayage and toning services? A: Yes! We love creating bright, healthy blondes using modern, customizable techniques from subtle sun-kissed highlights and babylights to full platinum transformations.

Pricing & Payments 

Q: How much do services cost? A: Pricing depends on your stylist level, service type, and time required. We’ll always provide transparent pricing during your consultation so there are no surprises.

Q: Do you require deposits? A: Yes, for large appointments like extensions or color corrections, a small deposit secures your time. It goes directly toward your total service cost.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments, Zelle, Venmo, as well as Afterpay.

Policies & Satisfaction

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late changes or no shows may result in a stylist declining future appointments.

Q: What if I’m late? A: If you’re running late, please call us! We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule so we can serve each guest fully.

Q: What if I’m not happy with my results? A: Your happiness matters most. If something doesn’t feel perfect, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll gladly make it right.

Home Care & Products

Q: What haircare products do you recommend? A: We carry Redken, Alluram, K18 and other products we trust for color protection, strength, and shine. Your stylist will recommend a custom at home routine for lasting results.

Q: Do you sell retail products or offer pickup? A: Yes! You can purchase your favorites during your appointment or contact us for local pickup options.

Q: How can I make my color or extensions last longer? A: Use sulfate free shampoo, wash with lukewarm water, and protect your hair with heat protectant before styling. Your stylist will walk you through exact care steps.
